Set a date well in advance, perhaps near a holiday or an event like International Day of the Girl. Develop a timeline of activities and a checklist to stay on track. Recruit partners, such as local businesses, schools or professional clubs.

PUBLICIZE IT

Tell the local media about your eventor, post flyers. Make announcements at community events. Make phone calls. Share the details of your event with us and we’ll Tweet it, Facebook it and blog about it.
